What you will do:

Independently manage an acute in-patient neonatal and paediatric dysphagia caseload across ward and outpatient settings.
Provide holistic, developmentally supportive care to babies, children, and families to enhance speech and language outcomes.
Lead a Quality Improvement project to develop and expand the Neonatal SLT service.
Collaborate with a local Clinical Lead Neonatal SLT and access external clinical supervision as needed.
Promote evidence-based practice and contribute to service development for optimal patient care.

HCPC registration
Valid driving licence for travel across service locations
