Develop and maintain long-term, supportive relationships with children with disabilities and their families.
Coordinate and deliver social care services for children who are subject to Child in Need or Child Protection plans.
Prepare for and participate in court proceedings and multi-agency planning meetings.
Carry out comprehensive assessments, advocating effectively for the needs and wellbeing of children and families.
Work collaboratively with a supportive and compassionate multidisciplinary team to develop creative and effective care solutions.
