What you will do:

• Engage with a dynamic multi-agency team to assess front door notifications and referrals for children and young people aged 0 to 18.
• Apply your knowledge of legislation and statutory guidance to ensure the safeguarding of children, working collaboratively with partner agencies to share confidential information appropriately.
• Contribute a social work perspective to deliver high-quality screening processes and make sound recommendations based on your assessments.
• Support colleagues by effectively using IT systems for case recording and information sharing.
• Assess risk within a multi-agency context and demonstrate your extensive knowledge, skills, and experience in children and families work.
