What you will do:

• Conduct Core Assessments, pre-birth assessments, and risk assessments.
• Perform Section 47 Child Protection investigations.
• Draft court statements and attend court proceedings.
• Complete Section 7 and 37 reports to aid court processes.
• Represent the authority in court to provide crucial evidence.
• Conduct home visits for child safety monitoring and protection.
• Maintain comprehensive case records.
• Convene and lead core group meetings.
• Liaise effectively with other professionals.
• Undertake joint investigations and interviews with the police.
• Initiate and manage care proceedings.
• Implement and routinely review Care Plans.
• Oversee supervised visits.
• Prepare detailed case conference reports.
• Attend case conferences and strategy meetings.
• Develop Child in Need plans and follow up on them.
