Provide cover for our Independent Living Service and oversee the Community Occupational Therapy locality functions, including blue badge administration.
Focus on service improvement and implement recommendations from the recent service review to boost efficiency and client satisfaction.
Play a vital role in supporting the council's strategic aims by delivering outstanding services that resonate with community needs.
Collaborate with colleagues across departments to foster a unified approach to tackling challenges and innovate processes.

Requirements:

Degree or equivalent qualification in Occupational Therapy, complemented by recent UK experience in the field.
