What you will do:
- Lead the Emergency Duty Team in providing out-of-hours support for urgent social work cases.
- Undertake assessments and interventions with individuals and families to address crises and urgent needs.
- Provide expert guidance and advice to junior staff, enhancing team effectiveness and development.
- Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure a coordinated multi-agency approach to service delivery.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records in accordance with professional standards and legal requirements.
Requirements of the Advanced Practitioner:
- Hold a degree or equivalent qualification in social work.
- Registered with current Social Work England and maintain an active status.
- Bring significant frontline experience in UK Social Services as a qualified Social Worker.
