What you will do:

• Lead and manage the Assessment & Intervention Team, ensuring professional standards are maintained and improved.
• Oversee the assessment process to ensure a high level of service delivery.
• Support team members through regular supervision, guidance, and development opportunities.
• Collaborate with other service areas and external agencies to deliver comprehensive support for children and families.
• Monitor and evaluate the team's performance, implementing improvements where necessary to enhance service provision.

Requirements for the role:

• A degree or equivalent in social work and current registration with Social Work England.
• Experience in a managerial role, such as Team Manager, Deputy Team Manager, or Assistant Team Manager.
• Proven frontline experience in Children's Services, demonstrating your strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach to service delivery.
