What you will do:

Assess the needs of adults within the community and develop tailored support plans.

Requirements of the Social Worker:

Possession of a Degree or equivalent qualification in social work.
Current registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC).
Extensive frontline experience in Social Services within the UK, having worked as a qualified Social Worker.
