Social Worker – Adults with Disabilities Team – Bradford, £35 Hourly

What you will do:
- Provide effective social care services in the community while upholding social work values and safeguarding the rights of individuals as per the Care Act, Human Rights Act, and other relevant legislation.
- Manage a diverse caseload by conducting assessments, formulating case plans, and performing regular reviews and evaluations.
- Lead and contribute to multi-disciplinary assessments, reviews, and planning meetings while promoting collaboration with both statutory and voluntary sector partners.
- Act as the lead enquiry officer for Section 42 Safeguarding Enquiries to manage risks proportionately, focusing on making safeguarding personal.
- Support and mentor newly qualified social workers and non-social work qualified staff through knowledge sharing and application of best practices.
- Maintain accurate and purposeful records in line with professional standards and data protection regulations.
