Key Responsibilities

Carry out comprehensive assessments to determine the needs of children and families
Develop and implement tailored care plans to ensure safety and promote well-being
Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to coordinate support services
Maintain accurate, timely case records in compliance with statutory requirements
Empower families through guidance and support to achieve positive outcomes

Essential Requirements

A recognised qualification in Social Work (BA, MA, DipSW or equivalent)
Registration with Social Work England
Proven experience in children and families social work
Strong knowledge of current legislation and statutory frameworks
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
