What you will do
- Provide essential practical and emotional support to children, young people, and their families directly within their homes and communities.
- Support Social Worker staff in diverse casework including data gathering, careful record keeping, and actively participating in the creation and execution of care plans.
- Engage in early intervention and parental support to help enhance the overall family dynamic and prevent the development of further complex issues.
- Identify and have a keen eye for safeguarding concerns, ensuring a reliable response in accordance with local authority and NSPCC guidelines.
- Continuously collaborate with schools, health services, and other essential agencies, contributing to a holistic multi-agency approach.
- Regularly monitor family progress, supporting them in meeting established objectives and achieving positive outcomes.
- Maintain precise and updated case notes and documentation to ensure the highest standard of care.
