What you will do:

Respond to the needs of children and their families swiftly and effectively in accordance with statutory guidelines.

Assess needs, plan, and deliver focused interventions to safeguard children and ensure positive outcomes.

Undertake complex casework relating to adoption, evaluating the suitability of prospective adopters.

Create and implement adoption support plans for families in need, aligned with statutory guidance and policies.

Collaborate seamlessly with regional partners and agencies to promote optimal outcomes for children and families.

Provide guidance to family support workers and administrative staff, ensuring efficient and effective case management.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and codes of practice, ensuring all statutory duties are fulfilled.
