What you will do:

• Work directly with young people and their families to assess needs and safeguard their welfare.
• Develop and implement intervention plans to help young people make positive changes.
• Collaborate with multiple agencies to provide comprehensive support for young individuals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and ensure thorough documentation.
• Provide court reports and evidence-based recommendations to support decision-making.
• Participate in case conferences and meetings with other professionals to deliver coordinated services.

Requirements for the Social Worker position include:

• A degree or equivalent in social work.
• Current registration with Social Work England.
• Substantial frontline experience as a qualified Social Worker in Social Services within the UK.
