What you will do:

• Assess and identify the educational needs of children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
• Develop and implement bespoke Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) to meet individual needs.
• Collaborate with schools, families, and health services to ensure cohesive and comprehensive support.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to ensure the best outcomes for students.
• Provide expert advice and training to schools, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
