What You Will Do:

• Conduct comprehensive physical and mental health assessments for service users and make appropriate referrals.

• Safely manage detoxification processes for alcohol and opioid service users.

• Provide health education, blood-borne virus screening, and administer vaccinations as required.

• Facilitate community-based alcohol and opioid detoxification programmes and deliver wound care.

• Deliver psychosocial interventions to promote engagement and support structured recovery planning.

• Maintain effective communication with service users and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure cohesive and high-quality care delivery.
