• Oversee and support foster families, ensuring they receive appropriate guidance, resources, and professional support.

Requirements:

• Qualification: MA Social Work, DipSW, CQSW, or equivalent social work qualification

• Experience: Minimum of four years’ post-qualifying experience working with children and families

• Sector knowledge: Experience in a regulated environment and working with external partners such as local authority social workers

• Service development: Experience reviewing, developing, and evaluating services
