Are you confident working independently and able to make an immediate impact?KPi Education is working in partnership with a highly regarded multi-academy trust in East London to recruit an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join their SEND team, supporting pupils aged 11–25.This role offers flexibility, with opportunities for in-school, hybrid, or fully online delivery, depending on experience and service need.Key RequirementsTo be considered, you must: Be a qualified Speech and Language TherapistBe HCPC registeredHold an enhanced DBS (child workforce)Have experience working with children and young people (4–25)Have experience supporting SEND and autistic/neurodivergent pupilsBe confident in SaLT assessments, intervention planning, and report writingBe able to start ASAP Please note: This role is not suitable for newly qualified therapists.About the Role Full-time Speech and Language Therapist positionFlexible delivery: on-site, hybrid, or online therapySupport pupils with communication needs, ASD, SEMH, and developmental language delayCarry out assessments and deliver targeted intervention programmesProduce high-quality reports to support EHCPs and reviewsCollaborate with SENCOs, teachers, and multidisciplinary teamsProvide direct therapy, modelling, and guidance to school staffSupport the trust during a period of ongoing permanent recruitment Ideal Candidate Profile Confident, proactive, and able to work autonomouslyStrong knowledge of communication disorders and evidence-based interventionsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCompassionate, professional, and committed to improving outcomes for SEND pupilsComfortable delivering online/remote therapy sessions where required Why Work Through KPi Education?
