Complete Community Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DOLS) assessments, as well as Continuing Healthcare (CHC) checklists and Decision Support Tools (DSTs). Operate from a strengths-based approach, ensuring practices remain least restrictive and person-centred. Triagize and prioritise referrals, maintaining a streamlined and responsive case management process. ASW accreditation is desirable. - Strong understanding of anti-discriminatory and anti-racist practice.
