Supervision & Mentorship: Guide and support junior staff, sharing your knowledge and providing hands-on mentoring to help them develop professionally. Patient Care: Work closely with individuals suffering from conditions such as arthritis, heart disease, diabetes, dementia, musculoskeletal disorders (MSK), and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), implementing best practice physiotherapy interventions. Manual Handling & Equipment Provision: Use your expertise in manual handling techniques and provide necessary equipment to enhance patient outcomes. Travel & Equipment Management: As a car driver, ensure the efficient transport of equipment needed for patient care, contributing to positive patient outcomes. Person Specification Essential: HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist. Proven experience in hospital ward settings, rehabilitation, and mobility assessments. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Car driver with the ability to transport equipment as part of your role. Desirable: Previous experience working in community healthcare or similar settings. Experience with a wide range of conditions, including MSK, COPD, and neurological disorders.
