This role is ideal for graduates from core academic disciplines who are planning to move into teacher training.About the RoleYou will join a committed team of teachers and pastoral staff, working closely with students across Key Stages 3 and 4 to support learning, engagement, and academic progress.Your responsibilities will include: Providing structured 1:1 and small-group academic support.Supporting lessons across core subjects such as English, Mathematics, Science, and Humanities.Assisting with classroom delivery, organisation, and behaviour strategies.Leading intervention sessions designed to improve attainment.Supporting pupils with additional or specific learning needs.Contributing to monitoring progress, assessment, and feedback.
