This ongoing position offers a competitive hourly rate of £41.10 and hybrid working – with just two days in the office and the remainder of your week working from home. Key Responsibilities Support & Intervention: Provide comprehensive support and interventions for children and families within the Children with Disabilities Team, working to improve the well-being and development of children with disabilities. Collaborative Working: Collaborate with professionals and agencies to develop and implement tailored support plans that meet the needs of children and their families. Caseload Management: Efficiently manage a diverse caseload, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and providing high-quality service. Data & Reporting: Record and maintain accurate data and reports in line with organisational policies and procedures using systems such as LCS and EHM. Team Contribution: Actively participate in team meetings, contributing positively to team goals, case discussions, and decision-making processes. Essential Requirements Experience: Previous experience in managing cases within the Children with Disabilities Team, ideally at the Assistant Team Manager level. Systems Knowledge: Proficiency with LCS and EHM systems. Registration: Current SW England registration, ensuring compliance with professional standards.
