Support the preparation and distribution of pupil attendance information and reports. Maintain detailed and up-to-date records within the MyConcern safeguarding system. Promote and support positive attendance and punctuality across the school. Liaise with parents and external agencies to support pupil welfare and engagement. Manage and update databases and core pupil data systems. Coordinate EHCP meetings and documentation, ensuring statutory deadlines are met. Organise staff training logistics and maintain accurate training registers. Support admissions processes and deliver professional front-of-house reception services. Provide confidential administrative support to senior leaders and school staff in line with policies.
