This ongoing, full-time role offers a competitive hourly rate of £38.00 and a flexible hybrid working model, providing both stability and autonomy.You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred occupational therapy interventions, supporting adults to live as independently and safely as possible within their own homes and communities. What you will do Attend the office at least one day per week, with flexibility to work from Samuelson House (Banbury) or Abbey Centre (Abingdon); additional office attendance may be required depending on service needs. Travel county-wide to carry out assessments and reviews, with mileage claimable from your office base. Support and contribute to annual reviews, including bed leavers, bed raising, hoists, and manual handling assessments. Complete timely, high-quality occupational therapy assessments and interventions in line with adult social care standards. Work collaboratively with colleagues and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes for service users. Requirements HCPC registration is essential. A minimum of two years’ post-qualification experience as an Occupational Therapist, ideally within adult social care. A full UK driving licence is highly desirable due to county-wide travel requirements.
