We are seeking a reliable and organised Warehouse Coordinator to support the efficient movement of goods from our warehouse to customers. This role involves coordinating shipments, managing documentation, and ensuring deliveries are processed accurately and on time for our aerospace companyKey Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule outbound deliveries with carriers and transport providersPrepare shipping documentation, including invoices and dispatch paperworkEnsure accurate data entry into internal systems (ERP or similar)Monitor shipments and update tracking informationLiaise with internal teams, customers, and third-party logistics providersSupport packing, labelling, and dispatch activities as requiredMaintain organised records of shipments and documentationEnsure compliance with company procedures and health & safety standardsAssist with general warehouse and logistics tasks when needed Requirements Previous experience in a dispatch, logistics, or warehouse roleStrong organisational and communication skillsGood attention to detail and accuracyBasic IT skills, including Microsoft Office Desirable Skills Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP)Knowledge of shipping or export documentationForklift licence (advantageous but not essential) Working Hours - Every other Friday offWeek 1:Mon – Thu 7.30am – 4.15pm, Friday – 7.30am – 4pmWeek 2: Mon – Thu 7.30am – 4.15pm, Friday – offBenefits Salary:£31,000PAFull-time, PermanentCompany pension schemePaid holidaysEmployee support programmesOpportunities for training and development INDSOIn line with the requirements of the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
