This ongoing, full-time position offers up to £31 per hour and the chance to take a leading role within the Adults MSK Service.Working within a dynamic and supportive team, you will play a key part in shaping and delivering high-quality musculoskeletal physiotherapy services. Key Responsibilities Clinical Leadership: Supervise, appraise, and provide professional guidance to Bands 2–6 therapy and support staff in the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients within the Adults MSK Service. Student Support & Education: Coordinate student placements with support from the Lead Clinician. Assist clinical educators with supervision, teaching, and assessment responsibilities. Service Development: Support the operational management of the MSK physiotherapy service. Liaise closely with the ESP/Clinical Lead for the Adults MSK team. Lead on specialist projects and service improvements aligned with your expertise. Weekend Working: Participate in the weekend working rota to ensure continuity and quality of care.
