Prepare agendas and documentation ahead of meetings and distribute minutes within statutory timescales. Accurately input information into the centralised electronic recording system. Monitor and prioritise workloads via shared inboxes and internal systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance at all times. Essential requirements Ability to travel across the authority and surrounding areas. Full, valid UK driving licence with regular access to a vehicle. Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
