Complete Carer’s Assessments and facilitate access to appropriate support services. Uphold Making Safeguarding Personal principles in all aspects of practice. About You: You are a qualified and registered Social Worker (SWE) with solid knowledge of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, and related legislation. You excel in assessment, analytical, and report-writing skills, with a passion for delivering strength-based, person-centred, and outcome-focused practice.
