Screen incoming referrals to the OT service and take appropriate action where necessary. Allocate cases, authorise OT assessments, and ensure timely and effective distribution of equipment. Provide specialist OT advice to access advisors, team managers, and other professionals. Make internal and external referrals to relevant services as required to support client needs.
