What you’ll be doing: Join a 26-person environmental team, supporting carbon goals and environmental management systems.Develop and monitor plans for carbon, biodiversity, waste, and sustainability across varied projects.Liaise with clients and regulators to ensure legal compliance and secure environmental consents.Lead audits, investigations, and support teams with training, reporting, and low-carbon initiatives. What you’ll bring: A valid UK driving licence and flexibility to work across Chippenham, Melksham, and Wilton (with hybrid options).A degree or relevant qualification in an environmental field and a passion for sustainability.Experience in highways or infrastructure (but they welcome those new to carbon too).A proactive mindset with interest in carbon innovation, compliance, and environmental volunteering.
