What You Will Do Carry out comprehensive assessments and manage a caseload of individuals accessing substance misuse services. Prescribe safe and effective medication in line with clinical guidelines and individual care plans. Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated, person-centred care. Provide specialist advice and clinical guidance to colleagues and service users. Monitor and review treatment plans, medication effectiveness, and patient progress, adjusting interventions where necessary. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical records. What We’re Looking For Essential Registered Non-Medical Prescriber qualification. Relevant professional registration (e.g. NMC, HCPC, GPhC or equivalent). Significant experience working within substance misuse or addiction services. Strong assessment, prescribing, and clinical decision-making skills. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Desirable Experience working in community substance misuse services.
