- Competently check and screen prescriptions ensuring accuracy and safety for patients.
- Display strong clinical pharmacy knowledge and provide valuable support in ward rounds.
- Operate EPMA systems, with specific experience in Wellsky and Cerner EPMA, to contribute effectively to patient care.
- Bring recent experience from Medicine and Surgery wards in a hospital environment.
