What you will do:

- Lead and support a team of nurses to deliver exceptional care to young people with complex needs.

- Act as a deputy for the Registered Manager when necessary, ensuring the seamless operation of services.

Requirements:

- Registered Nurse (NMC) with a degree in nursing.
- Possess a teaching or assessing qualification to further develop the skills of your team.
- Experience with children who have complex needs and a strong clinical background.
- Demonstrate strong leadership abilities and a firm understanding of safeguarding.
