Salary: £36,000 + service charge
Location: East Sussex
I am currently recruiting for a C&B Manager to join this luxury hotel set in the beautiful setting of the East Sussex countryside. My client is looking for a passionate and energetic individual to help deliver the most memorable experience for the guests. - Oversee all conference & banqueting events
- Deliver fantastic service to the guests
- Maintaining high standards at all times
- Managing, training and recruiting the team
- Overseeing the rota
- Work closely with all departments
The successful candidate
- Will have previous C&B management experience in hotels or events
- A high level of customer service
- Have a can-do attitude and be willing to go the extra mile
- Well organised with strong communication skills
