We're looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead our domiciliary homecare service across Sunderland and Newcastle. This is an established, well-regarded service with a strong team already in place — your job is to lead it forward and keep building on what's working.

What the role involves

Leading day-to-day homecare operations across Sunderland and Newcastle, developing and coaching your team, managing budgets and service performance, and maintaining CQC compliance. You'll build strong relationships with commissioners, service users, families and the local community — and have the full backing of a national organisation while you do it.

What we need from you

• Proven Registered Manager experience in domiciliary care

• Good working knowledge of CQC regulations and standards

• NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent

• Experience managing care packages across a geographic patch

• Commercial awareness — you'll own budgets and performance

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

• Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and genuinely invested in the people you support
