I am working with a standout country inn in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales that is looking for an Executive Chef to lead the kitchen and shape the food offering across a premium destination site, with influence over a second, more accessible pub nearby.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a chef who cares deeply about flavour, provenance and building menus that feel rooted in place.

The business already holds 1 AA Rosette and has built a strong reputation for warm hospitality, quality food and a genuine connection to the local area. Guests come for the setting, stay for the experience and return for the food.

The food offer is already centred around home-cooked dishes made from scratch, seasonal produce and ingredients sourced from local farmers, fishmongers and makers. The menu currently blends comforting classics with quality-led dishes, daily specials and regional touches, including Yorkshire cheese from Courtyard Dairy.

The package

• £55,000 to £60,000
• Live-in available
• Bonus up to 15%
• Tips worth around £5,000 per year
