Factory Operative

 Location: Winnall
 Hours: Monday to Thursday 2pm-11pm and Friday 1pm-5pm 
£13.50-£15.00 per hour

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Workshop Assistant to join our busy Client based near Winchester . This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work, learning new skills, and being part of a supportive manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with day-to-day workshop operations

• Preparing materials, tools, and equipment

• Supporting machine operators and engineers

• Keeping the workshop clean, organised, and safe

• Carrying out basic assembly, packing, and quality checks

• Following health & safety procedures at all times

What We’re Looking For

• A practical, can-do attitude

• Good attention to detail

• Ability to work well as part of a team

• Willingness to learn and take instruction

• Previous workshop or manufacturing experience is an advantage, but not essential
