Field Care Supervisor in Blackpool, North West

The Role

As a Field Care Supervisor, you will work closely with the Registered Manager and care team to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered in the community.

You will support carers in the field, monitor care quality, and ensure clients receive safe, compassionate and person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting with care planning and care assessments

• Conducting spot checks and supervision visits with care staff

• Mentoring and supporting new care workers

• Ensuring best practice and care standards are maintained

• Completing client review visits

• Supporting with medication management and office tasks

• Participating in the on-call rota shared with the office team

Requirements

• Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care (or relevant experience)

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Good computer literacy

• Ability to work weekdays and alternate weekends

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
