The Graduate Early Years Teaching Assistant Role

• Full-time, Monday–Friday (8:00am–4:00pm), term-time only
• Immediate start available
• Long-term position through to the end of the academic year
• Weekly pay between £530 – £560
• Bolton location with strong public transport connections
• Support within Nursery and Reception classrooms
• Assist with phonics sessions, early maths skills and communication development
• Encourage learning through structured play and interactive activities
• Deliver small-group and one-to-one support where needed
• Interviews happening straight away

As a Graduate Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside experienced Early Years practitioners to create an engaging and supportive learning space. You’ll help prepare stimulating classroom materials, support child-led exploration, and ensure pupils feel secure and encouraged in their first stage of school life.

What We’re Looking For

• 2:1 degree or above
• Degree in Early Years Education or Childhood Studies (essential)
• A positive, patient and energetic approach
• Genuine passion for early child development
• Ambition to progress into primary teaching
• Right to work in the UK
