The Role – Graduate Teaching Assistant

The Graduate Teaching Assistant will work with pupils of varying abilities to develop their academic skills, deliver structured intervention sessions, and help students succeed in key assessments. This may be a range of students across KS1 to KS5, with your preference considered

You’ll play a pivotal role in boosting confidence and raising attainment, working with students on a one-to-one or small group basis and within classrooms alongside the class teacher.

This school boasts a unique learning environment, with class sizes 12 pupils or below. This makes for a very close-knit community and real attention to detail when it comes to learning plans.
