We are currently recruiting a Groundworker to join our team on an active construction project in Penrith (CA11 0DN). The successful candidate will support a range of groundworks and general site duties, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

What We're Looking For
Valid Green CSCS Card
Previous experience working on construction sites
Ability to carry out general groundworks and labouring duties
Good understanding of site safety
Ability to work effectively within a team
Reliable and hardworking attitude
Valid Right to Work in the UK
Key Duties
Supporting daily construction and groundwork activities
Assisting trades and site teams where required
Carrying out general labouring duties
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Following all site health and safety procedures
Supporting the team to ensure smooth project delivery
