You will be responsible for:
- Conduct site audits and inspections to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide guidance on risk assessments, safe systems of work, and incident investigations.
- Collaborate with managers, employees, and safety representatives to implement and maintain best practices.
- Ensure compliance with current health and safety legislation, offering practical, business-aligned solutions.
- Promote a proactive safety culture through knowledge sharing and leadership.
About you:
- NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent (essential).
- Proven experience in audits, compliance, and risk management within multi-site or complex organisations.
- An adaptable problem-solver with strong communication and influencing skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of health and safety legislation and industry best practices.
- Organised and detail-focused, with a consistent commitment to high standards.
