⚙️ The Role

As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving a range of industrial plant and process equipment within a fast-paced operational environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Electrical and mechanical fault finding on industrial machinery

• Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) to maximise uptime

• Reactive breakdown response to minimise operational disruption

• Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives

• Working closely with operations and fellow engineers

• Ensuring all work is carried out safely and to engineering best practice

Shift Pattern

• Days only

• Any 5 days over 7 (rota-based, includes some weekends)

• Consistent daytime hours

• Stable, predictable working pattern

Salary & Benefits

• £45,000 – £47,000 basic salary (depending on experience)

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

• Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding capability

• Background in industrial, manufacturing, FMCG, or process-driven environments

• Relevant engineering qualification (NVQ, HNC, apprenticeship, or equivalent)

• Proactive, reliable, and team-focused approach
