Job Role of the Maintenance Manager.
A great opportunity has come to market for a Maintenance Manager to join a company that consistently invests in its site, equipment, and engineering infrastructure, ensuring engineers can work with reliable machinery and modern systems. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for managing a team of over 20 + years in a busy manufacturing plant. The Maintenance Manager will be involved in providing leadership and technical support across the engineering functions including reliability, improvements, PPMs, CMMS, projects etc.

- Experienced in Managing engineer in a manufacturing environment
Requirements for the Maintenance Manager
- Electrical and mechanical engineering experience
- Engineering Qualification
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment
- Experience with Reliability, Improvements, CMMS, Health and Safety
Desirable for the Maintenance Manager
- Previous experience working as a Maintenance Manager in the UK.
- Experience with FMCG or Food Manufacturing
