What you will do:

  • Deliver highly effective Occupational Therapy services as part of the 0-18 Disability Team, supporting children and young people to achieve positive outcomes.

  • Manage and prioritise a complex caseload independently, ensuring high-quality care and assessment.

  • Provide expert guidance and supervision to non-qualified staff and students, fostering a supportive learning environment.

  • Collaborate with a range of professionals to develop tailored intervention plans.

  • Promote and ensure compliance with health and safety practices as well as fair access, diversity, and inclusion policies.

  • Contribute to crime prevention efforts in accordance with the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 through awareness and committed practice.
