What you will do:

Provide a safe, patient-centred, effective, and evidence-based physiotherapy service within the community.
Deliver both acute and long-term therapy interventions as part of the Adult Service.
Assess, treat, and manage adults within their own homes using a structured competency framework.
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including nurses, occupational therapists, and other allied health professionals.

Requirements:

Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
A full driving licence and access to a vehicle for community visits.
