Senior Environmental Advisor in Apsley, Hertfordshire

We're partnered with a specialist civil engineering and infrastructure company who are on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Environmental Advisor to lead the charge in embedding sustainability into everything they do.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Championing Sustainability – Lead environmental initiatives across projects, from carbon reduction to green procurement.
• Driving Compliance – Ensure our sites meet environmental legislation through inspections, coaching, and collaboration.
• Engaging Stakeholders – Liaise with regulators, clients, and subcontractors to keep sustainability front and centre.
• Educating & Inspiring – Deliver impactful training and campaigns that energise teams around sustainability goals.
• Tracking Impact – Monitor and report on environmental KPIs to measure progress and drive improvements.

What You’ll Bring:

• Expertise & Experience – Environmental management or sustainability experience, ideally in construction.
• Technical Know-How – A relevant degree, strong data skills, and a solid grasp of Net Zero principles.
• Confidence & Communication – Able to present with clarity and handle site challenges with professionalism.
• Passion for the Planet – A genuine commitment to environmental protection and continuous learning.
