We are working with a fast growing bakery brand looking for a Senior Head Baker ready to take the lead in a busy, ambitious operation with both retail and wholesale operations thriving. If you are the kind of baker who enjoys leading a team and turning great ideas into products that actually scale, this could be something special.
You will be leading a 10+ person bakery team, owning production, standards, and helping bring new product development ideas to life.
This is a role for someone who likes a challenge and wants to grow with a business that’s about to expand significantly.
The Role
- Full responsibility for bakery production and daily operations
- Lead and develop a team of 12 bakers
- Drive consistency, quality and efficiency
- Take NPD ideas and turn them into real products at scale
- Manage rotas, suppliers and production planning
- Maintain exceptional artisan bread standards
The Hours
This is a hands-on leadership role in a real production bakery.
- Afternoon / Evening shifts
- Some finishes past midnight
- Fridays are the busiest production day
- 45 hour contract
