What You Will Do:

• Supervise and support social work staff within Adult Services
• Conduct appraisals and provide ongoing professional supervision
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and relevant legislation
• Promote strengths-based and person-centred practice
• Oversee workload allocation and monitor team performance
• Support financial and resource management within the team
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary partners to deliver integrated care
• Contribute to quality assurance and service improvement initiatives
• Assist the Team Manager with both operational and developmental responsibilities

Requirements:

• Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration
• Significant experience within Adult Social Care
• Previous supervisory or senior practitioner experience
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding and relevant legislation
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
