Service Manager
Location: Kings Lynn Supported Living, South Wooton Community Hub, Grimston Road, Kings Lynn
Salary/Contract: £40,766.50 per annum, Full-Time 37 hours per week, Permanent

Independence Matters provide support opportunities for adults with learning disabilities, young people in transition and those living with dementia across the whole of Norfolk. Our mission is to empower individuals, their families, and carers, to live the lives they choose and remain independent.
Our South Wooton Community Hubs are located in the heart of the communities providing excellent support to Adults with Learning Disabilities and Dementia. As a Service Manager you will be responsible to lead the delivery of outstanding services and lead a direct team to deliver community-based support.
In addition to the above you will ensure new business is integrated and new processes are embedded into operations and all Governance monitoring, reporting and actions are completed as required.

You will need:
- Proven experience as a Manager within the social care sector
- An excellent understanding of the customer and demonstrable experience of developing and delivery services that are customer focused.
- Hold/Working Towards a Level 5 leadership/management qualification or equivalent.
- A range of ICT skills, including Microsoft Office, and an appetite to embrace the digitalisation agenda
- Experience as a motivational and inspiring people manager
- Excellent communication skills
Other requirements:
- An Enhanced DBS check with Adults barring is required for this role
- Essential the applicant holds a Full UK driving licence and use of a vehicle with business insurance
- To undertake designated out of hours, on-call duties for advice and guidance
