What you will do

• Undertake key assessment work, including parenting, sibling, and risk assessments.
• Deputise for the Team Manager when required, ensuring continuity of leadership and service delivery.
• Chair critical meetings such as Strategy Meetings, CIN Reviews, and PLO, supporting high‑quality decision‑making.
• Supervise non‑social‑work‑qualified staff, providing guidance, oversight, and professional support.
• Complete case file audits and monitor data compliance to ensure consistently high practice standards.
• Support team development through modelling best practice, skill development, and facilitating group supervision.
