What You Will Do:

• Lead the Front Door Team, ensuring effective service delivery in line with statutory requirements
• Manage team resources, allocating and prioritising workloads efficiently
• Provide supervision, guidance, and support to social workers and staff
• Work collaboratively with partner agencies to deliver comprehensive services
• Oversee assessments, care planning, and intervention strategies
• Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards and continuous improvement
